A slice of Germany's baking heritage graces the Yallingup beach area where fresh dough is made every morning with fresh loaves available every afternoon. Using locally grown biodynamic grain, the doughs are meticulously crafted. Traditional stone grinding imparts authentic flavor, and a single-hook mixer ensures aeration. After a rest, skilled hands shape the loaves for baking in wood-fired ovens made from volcanic stone.
Four different types of sourdough bread are available as well as a range of pastries and baked goods which rotate depending on the time of year.
